One of the things I didn’t ever dream of was having one of my shots appear in the Arts and Leisure Section of the New York Times. It was quite a surprise to me when I went to the concert to set up and shoot Saturday afternoon, and Paul said to me, “wonderful photo in the Times.” I casually said “what do you mean?” and he said, “Your photo of the Cathedral is on the front page of the Arts & Leisure section.” So between the matinee and the evening performance, he took me up to the green room and gave me his copy. He said that he believes it to be the best shot ever of the Cathedral and even more importantly, he gave it credit for increasing his audience for the Saturday shows. Don’t know how to top this one, but I’ll think of something!
